For Australia : Our shipping charges are at a flat rate of 13AUD per order. Enjoy free shipping for orders above 100AUD and deliveries come with a tracking number.
RETURN AND REFUND
- Returns will be accepted within 14 days. Please contact us within 14 days of receipt.
- Damaged items due to the customer’s negligence cannot be returned.
- Your return will be processed as Store Credit equivalent to the purchase price within 8 business days from when the order was dropped off.
- You may exchange your order from the date you place the order until 7 days after receipt of the ordered items, provided that all items are exchanged in the same condition they were in upon your receipt. This means the items must be unworn, unwashed, unaltered, and still have their clothing tags intact. Please note that you will bear the cost of the exchange of the items.
- All products sold at marked down prices are not eligible for exchange, refund or return.
- All products procured pursuant to any giveaways or contests shall be subject to the applicable terms and conditions and are not eligible for exchange, refund or return.
